Ken Noroozi, the founder of Vantage Commercial Realty, originally formed a marketing firm in 1986 in Columbia, MD, serving commercial real estate developers and investors for their needs of due diligence, demographic studies, and marketing. His performance continued through the year 2000, and then he partnered with a local real estate firm in Rockville, MD. In 2005, Vantage Commercial Realty was born, and the activities have expanded to the Washington, D.C. market. Mr. Noroozi has established an extensive network of clienteles for Acquisitions & Dispositions of properties in Washington, D.C. and the metro area. His strategy of procuring off-market properties for the developers in the Washington, D.C. area has become reputable and credible in the marketplace.
As part of our services, we consult with clients and familiarize them with the market analysis of the supply and demand dynamics to validate the purpose of the transaction of properties, whether it is for acquisition or leasing purposes. Our services and support will not end once the transactions are consummated; we constantly remain behind our client’s needs.
